    Joselin R. Martin joined the IFAC PAO Development & Advisory Group in January 2021, after being nominated by Association of International Certified Professional Accountants (AICPA).

    Ms. Martin is currently the CEO of True North CFO LLC, a strategic management consulting company that works with senior leadership of small & medium-sized privately-held companies to identify long-term goals and to build an organization optimized to reach those objectives. She also facilitates Continuing Professional Education courses for Certified Public Accountants for the AICPA. She retired in 2019 from Hayles and Howe, Inc, an international construction contractor, as Chief Financial Officer.

    Ms. Martin is a past chair of the AICPA Americas Regional Advisory Panel, a key conduit between stakeholders and the Association. She is a past chair of the Institute for Certified Construction Industry Financial Professionals, the certifying organization for the ANSI-certified CCFIP designation which tests and certifies construction financial manager competencies, education, and ethics. She has also twice served as a member of the Board of Directors for the Maryland Association of Certified Public Accountants, where she is an active member and past chair of the Business & Industry Committee.

    Ms. Martin holds an AB in Economics from Brown University, as well as Masters Degrees from both the University of South Florida and Johns Hopkins University.

    Jelena Misita has served as Chair of the IFAC PAO Development & Advisory Group since January 2021. She is also a Board Member of the Union of Accountants, Auditors and Financial Workers of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina (UAAFWFBH). In this capacity, and through her involvement in other global, regional, and national boards and organizations, she actively supports the advancement of the accountancy profession because of its vital role in building trust, fostering transparency, and creating opportunity in society.

    With over 15 years of experience in developing Professional Accountancy Organizations (PAOs), Ms. Misita has led several initiatives to strengthen the profession in emerging economies where both strategic direction and practical support are essential for achieving high standards of professionalism and quality. She has contributed to numerous donor-funded reform programs and projects that aim to adopt best practices and serve the public interest.

    Additionally, for more than two decades, Ms. Misita has served as the CEO at Revicon, a business advisory company focused on improving organizational performance and delivering strategic support to both public institutions and private enterprises.

  • Alhaji Razak Jaiyeola

    Alhaji Razak Jaiyeola became a member of the IFAC PAO Development & Advisory Group in January 2020. He was nominated by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN).

    Mr. Jaiyeola is the Chief Consultant of A.J. Silicon as well as Managing Partner of Razak Jaiyeola & Co. He is a Past President of ICAN (2018/2019) and was a Council member of the Pan African Federation of Accountants (PAFA), Accounting Bodies in West Africa (ABWA), and Association of Professional Bodies in Nigeria (APBN), as well as former Treasurer of Accounting Bodies in West Africa (ABWA). He is currently a member of the PAFA Projects Oversight Committee.

    Mr. Jaiyeola is a member of Information Systems Audit and Control Association (ISACA), Institute of Software Practitioners of Nigeria, Association of Certified Fraud Examiners, and Certified in Risk and Information System Control.

    As a member of the IFAC PAODAG, he helped ten professional accountancy organizations implement the PAO Digital Readiness Tool to gauge where they are on their digital journey using 11 pillars and 120 aspects of digital transformation. This work helped accelerate digital transformation to improve the delivery of their mandate.

    Mr. Jaiyeola has served on several boards, including the Local Content Consultative Committee of National Electricity Regulatory Commission, and is currently a board member of New Partnership for Africa’s Development (NEPAD Business Group of Nigeria). He is a member of Offa Economic Development Committee as well as a Board member of One Innovation Hub Offa. He is also a member of Board of Trustees of MKO Abiola Gardens Residents Association.

  • Khalid Hamid

    Khalid Hamid became a member of the IFAC PAO Development & Advisory Group in January 2021 having been nominated by the Chartered Institute of Public Finance and Accountancy (CIPFA).

    Mr. Hamid has spent over 30 years working in the specialized area of public sector auditing. His role has been global with many years spent in the UK, South Africa and the United Arab Emirates. During this time he has led several global committees and initiatives. This includes being the chair of the Financial Auditing and Accounting Subcommittee of the International Organization of Supreme Audit Institutions (INTOSAI) for 8 years. He also led INTOSAI initiatives on sustainable development goals and responding to emerging issues. Khalid has recently become the International Director at CIPFA and is aiming to support the increasing professionalization of finance management within the public sector.
