  • Mahbub Ahmed Siddique

    Bangladesh

    Mr. Siddique is the Chief Operating Officer of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Bangladesh (ICAB). He joined in 2008, advancing to Director (Technical) in 2013, where he oversaw strategic functions including Quality Assurance, Technical Standards, Training & Research, and International Affairs.

    His professional experience encompasses governance and the implementation of IFAC’s SMOs at ICAB. He served as Member Secretary to several ICAB Council committees. From September to November 2020, he also concurrently held the position of Secretary & CEO of ICAB.

    He contributes to regional and global accountancy bodies, having held the positions of Assistant Executive Secretary (2016) and Executive Secretary (2017) of the South Asian Federation of Accountants (SAFA), and is nominated again for these roles in 2025 and 2026, respectively. He also serves as an ICAB-nominated Director for the SAFA Foundation and as Marketing Director for Chartered Accountants Worldwide. Prior to ICAB, he worked as a consultant for the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales on a World Bank-funded ICAB-ICAEW twinning project and in the finance division of a major telecommunication company.

    He holds a Master’s in Accounting and completed his professional training at Hoda Vasi Chowdhury & Co., Chartered Accountants gaining audit experience across financial institutions and multinational corporations. He qualified as an ICAB Associate Member in 2007 and was admitted as a Fellow in 2012.

    Mr. Siddique has served as a faculty and resource person for professional institutes including ICAB. His professional and personal travels have spanned numerous countries across Europe, Asia, Australia, and the Americas.

  • Lamyaa AlRasheed

    Saudi Arabia

    Lamyaa AlRasheed joined the IFAC PAO Development & Advisory Group in January 2026 after being nominated by the Saudi Organization for Chartered and Professional Accountants (SOCPA). She is a Partner at Ernst & Young (EY) based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

    She has built a strong career leading complex, large-scale audit engagements, with deep experience in client relationship management and people leadership. Over the years, she has led audits for prominent multinational and local organizations across sectors such as government, telecommunications, retail, and services. In her current role, she oversees significant client portfolios, works closely with senior stakeholders. Lamyaa is an active member of the SOCPA Examination Committee and serves on the board of the Saudi Accounting Association. She also regularly participates in professional forums and conferences focused on audit, finance technology, and digital transformation, and serves on advisory committees for several universities in Saudi Arabia.

    Lamyaa holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from King Saud University and is a Certified Public Accountant in Saudi Arabia.

  • Brett Maloney

    Australia

    Brett Maloney FIPA, FFA, joined the IFAC PAO Development & Advisory Group in January 2025 after being nominated by the Institute of Public Accountants (IPA).

    Mr. Maloney currently holds the position of Chief Operating Officer for the IPA after being appointed in 2018 following several years in the role of Chief Financial Officer. Achievements include implementation of change initiatives such as Integrated Reporting and ICT transition to cloud infrastructure and applications for the IPA Group.

    Prior to joining the IPA Mr. Maloney held senior finance roles in Australia and the UK obtaining commercial experience in Engineering, Manufacturing, Distribution and Service sectors. These were in a diverse range of entities from privately held to listed companies providing him with a comprehensive understanding of large corporate and small business challenges.

    Mr. Maloney is a Fellow of both the Institute of Public Accountants, the Institute of Financial Accountants (UK) and a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

    Mr. Maloney holds a Bachelor of Business (Accounting) from RMIT University in Melbourne.

  • Verily Molatedi

    Botswana

    Verily Molatedi joined the Professional Accountancy Organization Development and Advisory Group in January 2025. She was nominated by the Botswana Institute of Chartered Accountants (BICA)

    Mrs. Molatedi is currently the Chief Executive Officer of BICA. Prior to joining BICA, she worked at Senior Management level for a number of state-owned entities in Botswana.

    She is currently Board Member of Letshego Financial Services, and she has sat in a number of Boards in Botswana as well as the Pan African Federation of Accountants (PAFA) Board. She represents PAFA in the Governing Council of the African Professionalization Initiative (API).

  • Luisa Salcedo

    Colombia

    Luisa Salcedo joined the IFAC PAO Development & Advisory Group in January 2025. She was nominated by the Instituto Nacional de Contadores Públicos (INCP) of Colombia.

    Mrs. Salcedo is currently the Chair of the Board of Directors of INCP. Previously, she was a partner at PwC Colombia, where she led Assurance and Capital Markets Services starting in 1994.

    Mrs. Salcedo also served on the PwC South American Governance Board and the Colombia Board of Directors for over 10 years.  She is currently a member of the board of directors of several medium-sized companies in Colombia.

    Mrs. Salcedo is a Certified Public Accountant and earned her bachelor's degree in Accounting from San Buenaventura University.

  • Jingshi Wang

    Country

    China

    Jingshi Wang became a member of PAODAG in January 2025, nominated by the Chinese Institute of Certified Public Accountants (CICPA).

    Mrs. Wang holds the position of Deputy Director in the Research and Development Department of CICPA, where she is responsible for conducting research on both theory and practice regarding the development of the Chinese accounting profession and accounting firms, as well as international exchanges between PAOs in Europe, the Americas and Oceania. Prior to this role, she was seconded to the Accounting Regulatory Department of the Ministry of Finance, P.R.China.

    Mrs. Wang holds a Master's degree in Public Affairs from Sciences Po in France.

  • Kate Holroyd-Smith

    United Kingdom

    Kate Holroyd-Smith joined the IFAC PAO Development Advisory Group in January 2025. She was nominated by the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW). 

    Mrs. Holroyd-Smith is currently the Director for International Development at the ICAEW, responsible for ICAEW’s engagement across Africa and South Asia as well as Capacity Building work globally. Prior to this role she worked in the diplomatic service with the UK’s Foreign and Commonwealth Office, as well as an international media rights Sales Director.

    She also sits on the Member Development Committee of the Confederation of Asia Pacific Accountants (CAPA).

    Mrs. Holroyd-Smith has a degree in Economics from the University of Manchester.
