  • Tine van de Werken

    Tine van de Werken became a member of the IFAC Professional Accountants in Business (PAIB) Advisory Group in January 2017. She was nominated by the Royal Nederlandse Beroepsorganisatie van Accountants (NBA).

    Ms. Van de Werken is the CFO at Dümmen Orange. Previously, Mrs. Van de Werken worked as CFO at Royal Cosun. In her capacity as CFO, she participated in the leadership team of Cosun and successfully led a variety of projects, like acquisitions and divestments, refinancing, and the implementation of a SSC ICT and enterprise resource planning projects.

    Ms. Van de Werken is the Vice-Chair of Pension Fund Cosun, and the Chair of Joint Investment Committee of the Pension Fund Cosun and Pension Fund Aviko. She is a member of the Advisory Board of NBA/VRC Professional Education Program (an interest and advisory committee for accountants in business).

    Ms. Van de Werken received her CPA qualification in 1997 while working as a business controller with Cosun in the Netherlands and holds a Master’s Degree in Business Economics from Erasmus University and a degree in Accountancy from Vrije Universiteit.

  • Paul Urquhart

    Paul Urquhart commenced as Director Finance and Logistics at Melbourne Health in September 2019. Paul is an experienced finance and enterprise leader, working with large Corporates both in Australia and Internationally. He had a 10 year history with KPMG in Sydney, London and Melbourne specialising in the natural resource sector. During this time he worked on both audit and Corporate Finance activity. On leaving KPMG, he joined Australia Post and lead finance and corporate teams over a 14 year tenure concluding with the role of Group Deputy CFO between 2016 and 2019. During this time Paul was a board member of various Subsidiary companies and a Trustee of the Australia Post Superannuation Fund.

    Paul also supports the development of the accounting profession and was appointed the Australian representative on the International Federation of Accountants, Professional Accountants in Business Advisory Group in 2016 and has been a member of a number of panels within the Chartered Accountants of Australian and New Zealand including Chair of the CAANZ Members in Business, Advisory Panel.

    Paul has a Commerce (Honours) degree from the University of NSW and is a fellow of the Chartered Accountants of Australia and New Zealand (CAANZ), and CPA Australia. His professional distinctions include BComm (Hons), FCA, FCPA, AICD. In addition Paul is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD).

    Datuk Zaiton Mohd Hassan, a Malaysian, is a Fellow and Council Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and a member of the IFAC Professional Accountants in Business (PAIB) Advisory Group. She is also a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants and Malaysian Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

    Datuk Zaiton is the Chairman of the Board Governance and Audit Committee of Sime Darby Plantation Berhad. Datuk Zaiton is currently the Chief Executive Officer of Malaysia Professional Accountancy Centre (MyPAC).

    She started her career in PricewaterhouseCoopers, and later joined the Development Bank of Malaysia as Project Officer. Datuk Zaiton then joined Maybank where she held various senior positions, including heading both the bank’s treasury and international operations, branch operations and Group Strategic Planning. She is also the former President/Executive Director of Malaysian Rating Corporation Berhad (MARC).

    She was also Chairman of the Development Bank of Malaysia and the Vice Chairman of FIDE Forum, an institution focused on enhancing corporate governance standards among directors of Financial Institutions and Chairman of the Board Governance and Audit Committee of Lembaga Tabung Haji (Malaysian Pilgrims’ Fund).

  • Sanjay Rughani

    Sanjay Rughani serves as the Chair of the IFAC Professional Accountants in Business Advisory Group, having been nominated in June 2015 by the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).

    Mr. Rughani is the CEO for Standard Chartered Bank (SCB) in Uganda, and prior to this was the CEO for SCB in Tanzania.  He joined Standard Chartered Bank in 1999 and has held various key positions with the bank which include Interim Head - Global Finance Shared Services (FSSC), Head of Finance Operations & Change Management – Africa, Executive Director Finance for Ghana and Area CFO (Ghana, Gambia, Sierra Leone and Cote d'Ivoire), Executive Director Finance for SCB Tanzania and Regional Finance Manager for Africa based out of London, UK.

    Mr. Rughani's professional credentials and qualifications include being a Chartered Accountant through NBAA Tanzania, an ACCA member, MBA in Finance, a Fellow of Institute of Information Management Africa (Nigeria), Management post-graduation in HRD and a Bachelor of Commerce. He is also a qualified trainer and sponsor of the HIV and AIDS program for Standard Chartered Bank. He is passionate about and supports initiatives which increase capacity for the finance profession and human capacity, particularly in Africa.

    In addition to his role on the IFAC PAIB Advisory Group, Mr. Rughani's various governance representations include: Chairman of CEO Round Table Tanzania, Vice Chairperson for Tanzania Bankers Association (TBA), Non-Executive Director of Tanzania Private Sector Foundation (TPSF), Executive Member of Tanzania National Business Council (TNBC), Trustees of UDOM Endowment Fund and Non-Executive Director Association of Tanzanian Employers (ATE). His past engagements include: founding member of FSSC forum in Kenya, Non-executive Director Standard Chartered Bank Uganda, past Chairman of Ghana Business Coalition against HIV & AIDS (GBCA) and past President of Lincoln Community School (American International School in Ghana).

    A Tanzanian national, Mr. Rughani is married and has two children.

  • Lindawati Gani

    Lindawati Gani became a member of IFAC PAIB Advisory Group in January 2023, nominated by the Institute of Indonesia Chartered Accountants (IAI).

    She is Professor in Management Accounting at Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Indonesia (FEB UI). She currently serves as member of Academic Senate and Professor Council Universitas Indonesia, member of the National Council and the Indonesia Task Force on Comprehensive Corporate Reporting IAI, the Honorary Board of Code of Ethics the Audit Board of the Republic of Indonesia, Executive Board Indonesia National Committee on Governance Policy, IFAC Membership Committee, and council member ASEAN Federation of Accountants.

    Professor Linda represents IAI in Chartered Accountants Worldwide, member of Accountancy Monitoring Committee Indonesia, Supervisory Board Indonesian Institute of Audit Committee, Advisory Board Indonesia Institute of Management Accountants, Executive Board of the Indonesian Institute for Corporate Directorship, an independent commissioner, and audit committee in several publicly listed companies in Indonesia.

    Previously she was Director of Master of Accounting Program and Accounting Profession Education FEB UI. She obtained her PhD from FEB UI, MM in Management Accounting from FEB UI, MBA in General and Strategic Management from Institut Pengembangan Manajemen Indonesia, in affiliated with Harvard Business School, and Bachelor of Economics in Accounting, Universitas Airlangga. She is a CA Indonesia, a Fellow of CIMA and CGMA, and a Fellow of CPA Australia.
